Project Overview

This private residence, located on the outskirts of Dublin, was constructed on a greenfield site and designed to sit confidently within its rural surroundings.

The project involved the delivery of a single-storey dwelling for a family of five, incorporating open-plan living spaces, a second sitting room, four bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, and dedicated utility and services areas.

The build features a robust concrete structure with simple rectangular forms, flat roof construction, and high ceilings throughout, along with the installation of large-format windows and doors to maximise natural light and provide direct access to external patios.

Internally, the works included high-quality finishes such as oak flooring, bespoke joinery, and a neutral colour scheme, while energy-efficient systems including underfloor heating, heat recovery ventilation, and an air-to-water heat pump — were installed to achieve an A2 BER rating.
