Projects Overview

We have successfully tendered and carried out a number of prestigious projects on the campus. We are delighted to have complied with the EU’s rigorous directives and completed all work that we have been contracted to do the highest of standards over the past 10 years.

Project: Remedial works to external timber cladding & high level joinery

• Client: European Commission
• Designers: Ryan Hanly Consultant Engineers
• Year : 2018-2021

The approximate total external Elevation Area is 7,332 sq m, which can be categorised as:

• Joinery Windows and doors we upgraded and replaced 2,685 sq m of glazing and throughout the external perimeter
• Refurbishment of 4,071 sq m. Timber cladding, and 349 sq m. High Level windows Joinery

Project: Air Tightness & Energy Saving

• Client: European Commission
• Designers: JJ Campbell & Associates
• Year: 2016- 2017

Project consisted of:

• The removal of all of the metal ceiling tiles throughout the existing building
• Installed 150mm insulation and airtightness membrane
• Replacement of ceiling tiles and lighting modules
